Ranjan Sharma, Judge [Oral] Petitioner, Nalini, had filed CWP No.2166 of 2012 before this Court and upon establishment of State Administrative Tribunal, the matter was transferred to the Tribunal and now upon its abolition, the same has been re-transferred to this Court, as CWPOA No.1086 of 2019, seeking the following relief(s):- 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2026:HHC:38531 - 2 - “(i). That the impugned decision of the respondent No.3 in assigning the seniority to the respondents No.4 and 5 under 1% quota may be quashed and set aside. (ii). That the respondent No.3 may be directed to re-fix the seniority as per the clarification issued by the respondent No.2 as contained in Annexure P-2. (iii). That the petitioner may be ordered to be promoted to the post of Head Teacher with all consequential benefits from the date when the persons junior to her have been ordered to be promoted.” 2. Mr. P.K. Verma, Learned Vice Counsel appearing for the petitioner, under Instructions of Original Counsel of Mr. Kul Bhushan Khajuria, submits that due to subsequent events, the matter has been rendered infructuous and may be closed. [Statement Taken on Record]. 3. Prayer, being innocuous, is not opposed by the Learned State Counsel as well as Learned Counsel for respondent No.4. 4. In view of the above, the instant petition is rendered infructuous and is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if 2026:HHC:38531 - 3 - any, shall also stand disposed of.
