Respondent(s) {Cause Title Taken from Case Information System} For Petitioner(s) : None. For Respondent(s) No. 1 to 3 : Ms. Palak Dwivedi, Panel Lawyer 2 Hon’ble Mr. Ramesh Sinha, Chief Justice Order on Board 19/06/2026 1 None appears on behalf of the petitioner. 2 Heard Ms. Palak Dwivedi, learned Panel Lawyer for the State/respondents No. 1 to 3. 3 By this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 27.06.2023 (Annexure P/1) passed by the learned 14th Additional Sessions Judge, Raipur, District Raipur, in Criminal Revision No. 126/2023 as well as the order dated 12.12.2022 (Annexure P/2) passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raipur, in Unregistered Complaint Case No. 46812/2022. 4 Today, the matter is listed under the heading ‘seems to be infructuous’ however, from perusal of the materials available on record, it transpires that the complaint case filed by the petitioner against the private respondents was rejected way back on 12.12.2022 by the learned ACJM, Raipur, and thereafter, the order passed by the learned revisional Court on 27.06.2023 affirming the order of the learned ACJM, Raipur, is under challenge and as such, it has wrongly been listed under the said heading. 5 None appears nor is any representation made on behalf of the petitioner to press this petition. 6 Till date, neither notices have been issued to the respondents nor any interim order has been passed in favour of the petitioner. It appears that by efflux of time, the petitioner has lost interest in the matter as after filing of this petition on 28.08.2023, the matter was listed only twice i.e. on 07.09.2023 3 and 31.10.2023 and the petitioner appears to have not taken any interest in getting the case listed for its disposal. As such, on this count alone, this petition stands dismissed. 7 Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information, forthwith.
