The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions from 14.02.2026. Further, the investigation is pending. 4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for the past four weeks, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2938 of 2026 dated 12.02.2026.
