Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this contempt petition is filed on the ground that after passing of interim order dated 05.02.2021 in WPC No.379 of 2021, respondents have made an attempt to change the nature of property by initiating construction activities over it. However, after issuance of notice in this contempt petition, they have stopped the construction activities. It is also contended that during pendency of contempt petition and writ petition now the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and copy of settlement arrived at between the parties has been enclosed along with application. He submits that in view of subsequent development, he is not pressing this contempt petition. 3. Submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner with regard to amicable settlement between the parties is not disputed by learned counsel for respondents No. 1 & 2. 4. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for the parties, further submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that after issuance of notice in contempt petition, construction activities have been stopped by respondent parties, in the original proceedings parties have entered into settlement, contempt proceeding initiated 3 / 3 against respondents is dropped. Notice issued to respondents stands discharged. 5. Contempt Petition is closed. IA No.3 stands disposed of. 6.
