Also heard Mr. Soumya Rai, learned Deputy Government Advocate for the State. 2. By way of the present Petition, the Petitioner has made the following prayers:- “i. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire from the FIR No. 58/2018 dated 29.04.2018 registered at police station - Chhuriya District - Rajnandgaon (CG) and its challan no. 83 of 2019 dated 05.07.2019 from the Judicial Magistrate First Class Rajnandgaon (CG) in Criminal Case No. 2665 of 2019. 3 ii. That, this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to quash the entire proceeding after squarely hearing of the case in concern FIR No. 58/2018 dated 29.04.2018 registered at police station - Chhuriya District - Rajnandgaon (CG) and its subsequent proceeding in Challan no. 83 of 2019 dated 05.07.2019 pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class Rajnandgaon (CG) in Criminal Case No. 2665 of 2019.” 3. As per the status report received, the trial has already been concluded on 29.10.2025. In view of the same, the prayer made in the present Petition has become infructuous as nothing survives for consideration in this Petition by this Court. 4. Accordingly, the instant Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 5. Interim order, if any stands vacated. 6.
