Rahman, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P.S. Lahakar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, for the State respondent. 2. This is an application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Gulap Hussain who is Page No.# 2/2 apprehending arrest in connection with Basistha P.S. Case No. 621/2025 under Sections 305(a)/331(4) of BNS, 2023. 3. The prosecution case in brief is that on 29.12.2025 the informant lodged an FIR alleging inter alia that on 29.12.2025 at about 2 AM, a theft occurred at one of their warehouses where a group of unknown persons entered their warehouse and stole some materials like Wire – 1687 Coils Sturlite; Lighting Products – Approximately 100 cartons; Ceiling Fans etc. This has caused significant financial loss to their business. 4. Case Diary as called for has been received and upon perusal of the same, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that no incriminating material is available against the present petitioner as of now. 5. Having regard to the above, the prayer for pre-arrest bail is allowed. 6. It is provided that in the event of arrest of the accused/petitioner namely, Gulap Hussain, in connection with Basistha P.S. Case No. 621/2025 under Sections 305(a)/331(4) of BNS, 2023, he shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) only with two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by the Investigating Officer within 7(seven) days from today and cooperate with the investigation. 7.
