Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a copy of communication dated 19.08.2026 and copy of order dated 18.08.2026, respectively, passed by the Director School Education, Himachal Pradesh, which are taken on record.
2. A perusal of the aforesaid order dated 18.08.2026 reveals that the petitioner has been allowed Rs.47,000/- after two years of regular service. The Principal/DDO of the concerned school has been directed to fix the pay of the petitioner and release the arrears. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 22.09.2025, passed in CWP No.15271 of 2025, titled, Sansar Chand & Ors. vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Anr., qua the petitioner namely Jeevan Lal has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed. However, in case, the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today, strictly in terms of the judgment sought to be executed, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the present execution petition.
4. The present petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of. 10 th September, 2026
