The Court made the following order:
The matter is being adjourned from time to time to enable the learned counsel for the petitioner to make alternative arrangements in view of the appointment of the counsel Smt.S.Pranathi as a Government Pleader. Despite last chance, no steps have been taken so far. The Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order dated 29.12.2020. Vide the said order, the writ petition was disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh application in terms of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of the order and on receipt of such application, the respondent No.4 is directed to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with the law, within a period of six (6) weeks thereafter. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that pursuant to the order dated 29.12.2020, the first respondent herein vide Endorsement dated 12.01.2022 passed orders, more particularly as the petitioner did not choose to file Form-VI for mutation. No rejoinder is filed to the reply-affidavit.
In view of the same, this Court is inclined to close the Contempt Case, more particularly, in the light of the Endorsement dated 12.01.2022. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. Consequently, all pending applications including I.A.No.1 of 2021 shall stand closed. __________________________ JUSTICE NINALA JAYASURYA Dt. 12.02.2026 BLV
