The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s: (i) for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction including writ of certiorari and mandamus for quashing the notice issued by the Respondent Revenue Officer in mutation case no.- 2262/25-26 on the basis of an alleged offline objection, though the mutation application was filed through the official online portal and no provision exists under the mutation law of Bihar for filing Patna High Court CWJC No.4852 of 2026(2) dt.21-04-2026 2/2 offline objection, and no such objection is reflected on the official portal; (ii) for further declare that entertaining an offline objection in an online mutation proceeding is illegal and without jurisdiction; (iii) for further direct the Respondent authorities to proceed with the mutation application strictly in accordance with the online record available on the official portal; (iv) for any other relief(s) to which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the present case. 3.
