It is submitted on behalf of the applicant/appellant that although this appeal was earlier fixed for hearing, it could not be taken up for hearing and therefore, the present application has been moved. It is further submitted that the applicant will be completing period of incarceration of 10 years on 23.08.2026. 2. We are of the opinion that in the light of the applicant not getting any relief in earlier three bail applications, it would be appropriate that the appeal itself is taken up for hearing.
