No. 14/2024 and order dated 27.04.2024 passed by the learned JMFC, Jagdalpur, District Bastar, (C.G.) in Criminal Case No. 330/2018. b) To direct the examination of the dishonoured cheque No. 2 001864 dated 15.08.2016 by a qualified handwriting expert to verify the authenticity of the signatures and written particulars, in the interest of justice.” 3. As per the status report received, the trial has already been concluded on 28.10.2025.
