Having taken note of the fact that reply to the show cause notice issued vide order dated 11.09.2026 has been filed, coupled with the fact that mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, stands duly complied with after inordinate delay, this Court is persuaded to accept the unconditional apology tendered by the proposed contemnors, as a result thereof, present petition is disposed of. However, contemnors are directed to be more careful in future. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate court of law, laying therein challenge to order passed in purported compliance of the judgment alleged to have been violated.
