By way of the present Revision, the Applicants have made the following prayer:- “It is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to exercise its revisional jurisdiction under Sections 397, 399 & 401 of Cr.P.C. and in exercise thereof call for the records of the case from the Court below, if necessary, and after hearing the parties in the matter set aside the order dated 16.12.2022 and in effect allow the application filed under section 227 of Cr.P.C. and discharge the petitioner from the offences alleged in charge sheet i.e. under Section 420 read with section 34 of the IPC & Section 10 and 6 of Nipekshako Ke Hito Ka Sanrakshan Adhiniyam, in the interest of justice.” 3. As per the status report received, the trial has already been concluded on 17.01.2025.
