By filing the present petition, the petitioners have prayed for following relief(s):- “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire record of the case and quash the entire criminal proceeding pending before the learned 8th A.S.J, Bilaspur in S. T. No.32/2020 bearing parties State of Chhattisgarh Vs. Ajay and another, in the interest of justice.” 3. As per the status report received, the trial has already been concluded on 29.04.2026. In view of the same, the relief sought in the present petition has become infructuous as nothing survives for consideration in this petition by this Court. 4. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. 5. Interim order, if any stands vacated. 6.
