The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for following relief: “It is therefore, prayed that the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash the Compliant Case and entire proceedings arising out of Criminal Complaint Case No. 37/2018 pending before the learned JMFC, Bilaspur against the petitioners, in the interest of justice.” 3. As per the status report received, the trial has already been concluded on 13/08/2022. In view of the same, the relief sought in the present petition has become infructuous as nothing survives for consideration in this petition by this Court. 4.
