Petitioner is serving as Trained Graduate Teacher (Arts) at GHS Thara Bhaloon, u/c GSSS Jassur, District Kangra. His grievance is to the office order dated 07.09.2026 transferring him to GSSS Dhulara, District Chamba, vice respondent No. 8. Petitioner's case is that since he has been deployed in census duties as an Enumerator, therefore, in view of instructions issued by the respondents in office letter dated 31.03.2026, he cannot be transferred during the period of his such deployment. The perusal of impugned office order dated 07.09.2026 reflects that in this regard, a note has already been incorporated by the respondents therein to the effect that: “The transfer orders of teachers deployed on Census Duty shall remain in abeyance and shall not be implemented during the period of such deployment.” 4. Learned Deputy Advocate General has also placed on record office order dated 08.09.2026 from Principal, GSSS Jassur confirming petitioner's deployment on census duty and submits that till petitioner's deployment on census duty, that is till 31.03.2027, the aforesaid impugned office order shall not be implemented. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the above office instructions and the assurance extended by the learned Deputy Advocate General have redressed the grievance of the petitioner. 3 5. In view of above, the present petition to stand disposed of. Petitioner shall continue to remain posted at GHS Thora-Bhaloon, u/c GSSS, Jassur, District Kangra till 31.03.2027. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. Jyotsna Rewal Dua Judge 11th September, 2026. (jai)
