2 • It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned judgement passed in criminal revision no. 41/2022 and “Suresh Dewangan Vs State of C.G.” and further discharge the petitioner in criminal case no 8743/2019 pending before the JMFC Raipur C.G. to secure the ends of justice.
3. As per the status report received, the trial has already been concluded on 20.01.2026. In view of the same, the relief sought in the present petition has become infructuous, as nothing survives for consideration in this petition by this Court.
4. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs.
5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
6. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information.
