In view of the above, the relief sought in the present petition has become infructuous as nothing survives for consideration in this petition by this Court. 4 Consequently, the present Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. 5 Interim order, if any stands vacated. 6 Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information.
