By this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 19.08.2025 passed by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Ambikapur, District Surguja, in Sessions Trial No. 110/2019 and to issue a direction to the learned trial Court to give opportunity to the petitioner for evidence and examining the important and necessary witness the Baijantri Bai for his defence. 4. As per the status report received, the trial has already been concluded on 22.09.2025. In view of the same, the relief sought in the present petition has become infructuous as nothing survives for consideration in this petition by this Court 5.
