State of Odisha and Others). 4. It is submitted that said application was not accepted by the Tahasildar, Jajpur. There is no reason as to why the application submitted by a citizen shall not be accepted for consideration by a statutory authority. 5. The writ application is therefore, disposed of directing the Tahasildar, Jajpur to accept the application for restoration to be submitted by the petitioner within seven days from today.
