The applicant who is in custody since 24.07.2025 has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Chaibasa Sadar P.S. Case No.56 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No.348 of 2025 (S.T. Case No.349 of 2025), registered for the offence under Sections 103(1) and 303(2) read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of FIR along with its enclosure have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part. 4. Innocence has been claimed by the learned counsel for the applicant and undertaking has been given for participation in the trial. It has been submitted that neither the applicant has been identified nor has been named in the FIR. On the above basis, prayer for bail has been made. 5. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and it has been submitted that although the applicant has not been named in the FIR but he has been identified in the Test Identification Parade. Further, out of three charge-sheeted witnesses one witness has already been examined. 6. Considering the material available on record, I am not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail.
