1. Heard Mr. F.S. Khare, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. Samiksha Gupta, learned Panel Lawyer for respondent / State.
2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for following relief:
“It is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to allow this Cr.M.P. and be pleased to HARNEET KAUR Digitally signed by HARNEET KAUR Date: 2026.06.19 20:25:58 +0530
2 set-aside/quashed the impugned order dated 11.10.2021 (A/1) passed by Learned 3rd Additional Session Judge Raigarh District Raigarh C.G. in Criminal Revision No. 35/2020, confirming the order dated 14.02.2020 (A/2) passed by learned JMFC Kharsiya District Raigarh C.G. in criminal case no. 35/2020, and be pleased to allow the application under section 451 of Cr.P.C. and direct the learned trial court to give the goods/articles on “suprudnama" to applicant, in the interest of justice.”
3. As per the status report received, the trial has already been concluded on 13/09/2023. In view of the same, the relief sought in the present petition has become infructuous as nothing survives for consideration in this petition by this Court.
4. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs.
5. Interim order, if any stands vacated.
6. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information.
