The Writ Petition is filed Challenging the auction notice issued for granting lease hold rights in respect of the subject property i.e, Ac.3.70 cents in Sy.No.73 of Maddur Village, Kovvur Mandal, East Godavari District for a period of three years. Even assuming that the lease was granted, the lease period would have been completed one and half decade back. As such, no cause survives for further adjudication and the writ petition becomes infructuous. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
