JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayers: “A) Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Hon'ble IV Additional Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Mysuru to conclude the trial in O.S.NO.863/2021 (ANNEXURE – B) within period of three months. B) Issue any other writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble High Court deems fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case in the Interest of Justice.” 2. The suit is of the year 2021 and is pending on the file of the IV Additional Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Mysuru, and in the light of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court, the High Court just in a routine manner, cannot issue directions to the Trial Courts to dispose of the matters out of turn unless and until it makes out the case or a case of inordinate delay. 3.
