Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 25.10.2021 in connection with Dumka Muffassil P.S. Case No.204 of 2021, registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, later on, Section 201/120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code has been added by the learned court vide order dated 26.10.2021, now pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dumka. 3. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner has now surrendered and he is in custody since 16.07.2026 in Central Jail, Dumka. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has no instruction in the matter to argue the present case. 5. In such circumstances, this bail application is dismissed as not pressed. 6.
