1. Heard Mr. Viplave Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. By filing the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for following relief(s):-

2 be pleased to allow this application, and set aside the order dated 22.02.2022, passed by the 7th Additional Session Judge, Durg in Criminal Revision No.28/2020, presided by Shri Anand Prakash Variyal and order dated 31.10.2019, passed by the JMFC, Durg and allow all the relating applications, in the interest of justice. ”
3. As per the status report received, the trial has already been concluded on 06.12.2023. In view of the same, the relief sought in the present petition has become infructuous as nothing survives for consideration in this petition by this Court.
4. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs.
5. Interim order, if any stands vacated.
6. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information. Sd/-
