State of H.P. and Others, whereby respondents/ competent authority was directed to decide the representation [Annexure P-5, in said writ petition] within six weeks in accordance with law. 3. With the consent of Learned Counsel for the parties, this Court disposes of the instant Contempt Petition, with direction to Respondent/Competent Authority to comply with the judgment dated 10.07.2025 [Annexure C-1] within a period of three weeks from today. 7. In case, representation already stands decided, the orders on the representation be conveyed to the petitioner within the above period.
