In this petition, petitioner is seeking direction upon Registrar Cooperative Societies to decide Arbitration Petition within a time frame fixed by this Court with further direction to Registrar to afford an opportunity of hearing to all the parties before deciding the petition. 02. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that he had preferred an Arbitration Petition before the Registrar Cooperative Societies, Srinagar on 18.04.2022, however, the same has not been decided till date. 03. On the last date of hearing, Mr. F. N. Shah, learned GA, was directed to produce the record of Arbitration Petition, however, he has chosen not to appear and not to produce the record.
