3. By this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks for the following relief(s):
“a) Call for the entire record and proceedings pertaining to the Criminal Revision Case No. 45/2025 titled “Sunil Kumar Lunawat v. State of Chhattisgarh’ from the District & Sessions Court,
2 Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. b) Call for the entire record and proceedings pertaining to the Criminal Case No. 4476/2019 titled ‘State of Chhattisgarh through Thana Sarkanda, District Bilaspur v. Aditya Mangal Burad & Anr.’ pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. c) Quash and set aside the impugned order dated 15.07.2025, passed by the Ld. District & Sessions Judge, Bilaspur in Criminal Revision Case No. 45/2025 and consequently discharge the Petitioner / Accused in the Criminal Case No. 4476/2019 titled ‘State of Chhattisgarh, through Thana Sarkanda, District Bilaspur vs. Aditya Mangal Burad & Anr. d) Pass any further order(s) in favour of the Petitioner as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the present matter.”
4. As per the status report received, the Criminal Case No. 4476/2019 has been disposed of as uncontested on 09.05.2026 as the matter has been compromised in National Lok Adalat. In view of the same, the relief sought in the present petition has become infructuous as nothing survives for
consideration in this petition by this Court.
5. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
