Heard Ms. Priya Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Ms. Ritika Verma, P.L. for the State. 2. By filing the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- • It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to passed an order of stay in proceeding pending before court of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class Bhilai 3 as ER No. 804/2018 and also passed an order of stay of effect and operation of order dated 16.11.2018 till final disposal of the case, in the interest of justice. 3. As per the status report received, the trial has already been concluded on 28.02.2024. In view of the same, the relief sought in the present petition has become infructuous, as nothing survives for consideration in this petition by this Court. 4. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. 5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 6.
