Mr. Ravinder Thakur, learned counsel appears and waives service of notice on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2. 2. Petitioner is serving as Assistant Engineer in the respondent- Electricity Board. His grievance is to the office order dated 03.09.2026 whereunder he has been transferred from Electrical Sub-Division No. III, Bilaspur to O/o SE, (PR&ALDC) vice respondent No. 3. Looking to the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, learned counsel appearing for respondents No. 1 and 2 was directed to have instructions for adjusting the petitioner at the place of his preference keeping in view his impending retirement. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. When the matter was taken up subsequently, learned counsel for the respondents placed on record office order dated 11.09.2026 adjusting and posting the petitioner at Electrical Sub-Division, Kot, District Bilaspur, against the available vacancy, with immediate effect along with TTA/joining time, as admissible under the rule. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on the basis of instructions, submits that the above office order is acceptable to the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
