The contention of the petitioner is that the respondents have mentioned the name as Lakshmiyammal, wife of Dasari Naicker. However, the correct name is Lakshmiyammal, wife of Ayyalusamy. Hence, she seeks to correct the name in Patta Nos.277 and 524. 3. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent / District Revenue Officer. The petitioner shall also submit all relevant documents to the second respondent within a period 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P(MD)No.6468 of 2026 of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such submission, the respondents shall consider the same, conduct an enquiry, and carry out the necessary correction within a period of twelve weeks therefrom. 4.
