The petitioner is an accused in connection with Hunterganj P.S. Case No. 82/2025. The daughter of the informant died in unnatural circumstances and before her death, a demand of cash of Rs. 1 lakh and a motorcycle was made from the side of the petitioner. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and in fact no injuries were found on the person of the deceased. It has been submitted that the post-mortem report has not asserted the cause of death and in the viscera report also, no poison was found upon the deceased. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 08.06.2025 Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the findings recorded in the post- mortem report as well as in the viscera report and there being absence of any injuries on the person of the deceased which dilutes the allegations levelled against the petitioner in the First Information Report, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chatra in connection with Hunterganj P.S.
