The contention of Mr. Vijayant Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners, is that the petitioners have been intimidated and threatened by the respondents and their counsel when they attend the Court in connection with these proceedings. Mr. Sharma has drawn my attention to a communication dated 10.12.2025 addressed by the petitioners to the Station House Officer [“SHO”], P.S. Prashant Vihar. 3. Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, at this stage, rather than transferring the proceedings to another Court, I am of the view that the appropriate course is to direct the Investigating Officer and the concerned SHO to ensure that the petitioners are able to attend the Court proceedings without fear or intimidation. 4. In the event the petitioners inform the concerned SHO of their arrival on the dates of hearing, Ms. Manjeet Arya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, states that necessary arrangements will be made to ensure that they are able to participate in the proceedings effectively, and without fear. 5.
