He would contend that pursuant to decree passed by the Ist Additional District Judge, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur, an application for partition of the suit property was moved, but till date it has not been decided. He would pray for a direction to the concerned Tehsildar to decide it expeditiously. 3. On the other hand, Mr. Abhishek Gupta, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the State would oppose. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by Mr. Manish Thakur, this petition, at this juncture, is disposed of with a direction to the Additional Tehsildar, Sakri, District Bilaspur to decide the Revenue Case No. 61/A-6-A/46/2016-17 pending before it expeditiously within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
