In such circumstances, the concerned police authorities are directed to take all necessary steps in accordance with law to bring a finality to the proceedings under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act. The Report filed by the petitioner be kept with the records. A copy of the same is handed over to the State authority. In view of the above, WPA 10711 of 2026 stands disposed of accordingly.
