The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for following relief: “10.1 That, the Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and the custody of the seized mobile phone may be provided with the petitioner through the supurdnama. 10.2 That, this Hon, ble court may kindly pleased to set aside the impugned order dated 18/10/2019 passed by the session court, Bilaspur in Criminal / Revision no 201/2019 & order dated 7/9/2019 passed by the Court of J.M.F.C. Bilaspur (Annexure P/1 & P/2). 10.3. Any other relief that the Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted in favour of the petitioners.” 3. As per the status report received, the trial has already been concluded on 10/08/2021. In view of the same, the relief sought in the present petition has become infructuous as nothing survives for consideration in this petition by this Court. 4. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. 5. Interim order, if any stands vacated. 6.
