Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are disputes in light of the two counter affidavits filed by the Respondents- State and the Union of India. He further submits that in view of the said dispute, the petitioners may kindly be allowed to move before the competent court of civil jurisdiction. 3. In the counter affidavit filed by the State, it has been stated that the land of the petitioners has not been acquired wherein U.O.I. has stated that it has been acquired. 4. In view of above, the prayer of the petitioners for withdrawal of the writ petitions with liberty to move before competent court of civil jurisdiction, appears to be genuine one, as such, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
