By way of the present Petition, the Petitioner has made the following prayer:- “It is, therefore, prayed that the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to stay the further proceedings of the FIR bearing Crime No. 426/2023 registered by the police of Police Station Urla, District Raipur (C.G.) against the petitioner till the final decision of the case, in the interest of justice.” 3. As per the status report received, the trial has already been concluded 29.04.2025. In view of the same, the prayer made in the present Petition has become infructuous as nothing survives for consideration in this Petition by this Court. 4. Accordingly, the instant Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 6.
