By way of the present Petition, the Petitioners have made the following prayer:- “It is, therefore prayed that the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash/set- aside the order dated 20/10/2023 (Annexure A-1) passed by learned Session Judge Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (C.G.) in Criminal Revision No. 128/2023 and petitioner's kindly be discharge from the charges Under Section 498-A/34 of Indian Penal Code, in the interest of justice.” 3. As per the status report received, the trial has already been concluded 17.10.2025 In view of the same, the prayer made in the present Petition has become infructuous as nothing 3 survives for consideration in this Petition by this Court. 4. Accordingly, the instant Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 6.
