Act, 2023 has been filed by the applicant, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.75/2016 registered at Police Station Bhoramdev, District Kabirdham (C.G.) for commission of the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 read with Digitally signed by R NIRALA 2 Section 34 of IPC and Sections 3, 4 & 5 of the Prize Chits and Money Control Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act and Section 10 of the Chhattisgarh Protection of Depositors Interest Act, 2005. 2. The first anticipatory bail application of the applicant was dismissed on merits vide order dated 12.03.2024 passed in MCRCA No.164/2024. 3. After dismissal of the earlier bail application, there is no change in the circumstances, as such I am not inclined to entertain this repeat bail application. 4.
