The proceedings against the petitioner emerged in the year 2015 and is languishing before the concerned Court for the last 11 years. In the light of the prayer being innocuous and also the order sheet depicting that the matter is being adjourned from time to time without any rhyme or reason, I deem it appropriate to infuse finality into the proceedings with a direction to the concerned Court to conclude the proceedings within an outer limit of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order, if not earlier. 4.
