Heard Sri G.Arun Showri, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri J.Krishna Praneeth, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents. Perused the material on record. 2. The petitioner is the JDR No.2 before the learned District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. As he has not filed the loan clearance certificate a non-bailable warrant was issued against him and posted the matter on 29.05.2026. 3. At this stage, this Court does not want to interfere with the orders passed by the learned District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. However, the petitioner/JDR No.2 is permitted to appear before the learned District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission on 29.05.2026 and submit his difficulties in not submitting the loan clearance certificate. 4. Until such appearance of the petitioner before the learned District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission on 29.05.2026, the non-bailable warrant issued against him by the learned District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission shall not be executed. 5.
