Since no decision has been taken on petitioner’s application, therefore, she has approached this Court seeking mandamus to the authorities concerned to decide the representation. 5. Having regard to the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make fresh representation to respondent no. 4. If she makes fresh representation within two weeks from today, decision thereupon shall be taken within eight weeks thereafter.
