GUNESHWAR SHARMA Order 15.01.2026 [1] Heard Mr. Deepak Prasad Sahu, learned counsel for the applicants/writ petitioners and Mr. S. Niranjan, learned G.A. for the State respondent. [2] By the present application, the applicants are praying for correcting typographical mistake in the first line of para 6 of the order dated 07.01.2026 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 8 of 2026 with MC(WP(C) No. 9 of 2026. [3] It is submitted that instead of the order dated 19.12.2025 in para 6 of the said order, it is wrongly typed as 31.10.2025. It is prayed that typographical error may be corrected and by doing so, the nature of the writ petition will not be changed. [4] Mr. S. Niranjan, learned G.A., submits that this Court may pass appropriate order considering the nature of the prayer. [5] This Court has perused the materials on record. In para 2, the interim order in WP(C) No. 1014 of 2025 is recorded as dated 19.12.2025. However, in para 6, it is wrongly typed as 31.10.2025. Accordingly, the prayer is allowed and the order dated 31.10.2025 in para 6 of the order dated 07.01.2026 be read as 19.12.2025. [6] Accordingly, MC(WP(C) No. 13 of 2026 is allowed.
