This Court, vide order dated 13.12.2023 passed in MCRC No. 8591 of 2023, while allowing the bail of the applicant, namely, Adarsh Shukla had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certi9ed copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur District-Raipur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 30.12.2025 has requested for grant of one month time for concluding the trial. 5. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, it is submitted that there are many accused persons in the case who are from outside the State and because of their absconding from the case, delay is being caused in the disposal of the case. It is further submitted that this case relates to cyber fraud committed against a senior citizen, who was robbed of his life savings, in order to complete the trial eAectively, it is prayed that another one month may be granted for completion of trial. 6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of one month from the date of receipt of a certi9ed copy of this order. 7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed o6 with the aforesaid direction. 8.
