Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2025 in connection with Spl. POCSO Case No. 171 of 2025 arising out of Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 114 of 2025, registered under Sections 95, 96 and 98 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, sections 13, 14 and 15 of POCSO Act and sections 66(E) and 67(B) of Information Technology Act, now pending in the court of learned AJC IV cum Spl. Judge POCSO Act, Ranchi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody since 19.09.2025. The matter relates to child pornography.

Learned counsel for the opposite party- State, on the other hand, has opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that as per the status report received from the court concerned, out of five witnesses, four witnesses have already been examined.
5. To this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that today was the date fixed for examination of witnesses before the learned court and he is not aware as to whether the last witness has been examined today or not.
6. After hearing the learned counsels for the parties and considering the serious allegation made against the petitioner and the trial is at the fag end, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and hence, this bail application is rejected.
7. However, the State is directed to ensure that the remaining

witnesses are promptly produced before the learned court.

Learned counsel for the State is directed to communicate this
order to the Director, Prosecution and Superintendent of Police of the concerned district to ensure compliance.
9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned court concerned through “FAX/email”.
