None appears for the appellants at the time of call, although the respondents are represented through counsel. 2. As rightly pointed out by the learned Advocate for the respondents, the appellants have been repeatedly absent when the matter is called on for hearing. 3. It transpires from the order sheet that on July 30, 2025, when the matter was called on for hearing, none had appeared even on the second call. 4. Subsequently, on August 1, 2025, the matter was adjourned till the then next Circuit on the prayer of the appellants. 2 5. Again, on June 9, 2026, none appeared for the appellants at the time of call, although the respondents were represented through counsel. 6. In such view of the matter, it transpires that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the appeal and the application. 7. Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2024 is dismissed for default. 8. Consequentially, SAT 6 of 2023 stands dismissed as time-barred. 9. There will be no order as to costs. (Sabyasachi Bhattacharyya, J.)
