2. By filing the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- • The petitioner most humbly prays for the following reliefs:
1. That this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to frame charges under Section 307 IPC in addition to Sections 458, 294, 506-B, 427/34 IPC and Section 25(1)(1-A) Arms Act in pending Criminal Case No. 11814/2015 before the learned JMFC, Durg;
2. That this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to set aside the order dated 05.02.2022 [Annexure P-1] passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Durg in Criminal Revision No. 12/2022;
3. Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice.
3. As per the status report received, the trial has already been concluded on 21.08.2024. In view of the same, the relief sought in the present petition has become infructuous, as nothing survives for consideration in this petition by this Court.
4. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs.
5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
6. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information.
