The application has been filed, seeking modification of the order dated 08.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 89279 of 2024, whereby this Court has been pleased to extend anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 3. Learned Advocate for the petitioners submitted that by the order aforenoted while extending the privilege of anticipatory bail, the petitioners were directed to furnish their Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45499 of 2026(2) dt.03-07-2026 2/2 bail bonds within the stipulated period of four weeks, but unfortunately the petitioner no. 4 could not furnish the bail bond, since he had been working as a labour in the State of Punjab. An unconditional apology has been sought for on behalf of petitioner no. 4. 4. Learned Advocate for the State is present. 5. Considering the submissions advanced by learned Advocate for the petitioners and the averments in the modification application, the same stands allowed. Further four weeks time is allowed to surrender and furnish the bail bond subject to payment of cost of Rs.5,00/- which shall be deposited in the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee. 6.
